The old adage says anything you do for 28 days straight becomes habitual. You know how hard it is to do something that long, especially when it is usually something you didn’t want to do in the first place. Whether it is quiting smoking, drinking, exercising or trying to forget someone.
Everything is a struggle. It has to be. It wouldn’t be worth doing if it was easy.
It’s too early to make sense, just live your life. Everything else will work itself out.
