OK, so the weekend was not as stressful as I imagined. It was essentially a snow day for me, with all my plans being rained out by Tropical Storm Hannah. But luckily enough, my cable did not go out and I was able to see 2 out the 3 Phillies games and a great season opener to the Eagles. That wrapped around a little domestic violence the weekend was good.

Well not exactly. But it might as well be a playoff series with the victor taking the series and possibly the one playoff spot guaranteed to the winner of the NL East. The Mets have handled the Phils all season. As I watch the game online with a first inning run from the brethren, I am nervous that may not be enough. If my entire head is not grey already, it surely will be after this weekend.
So it is once again time for football season. And once again the Thursday night game holds no interest of mine except that both teams are from the NFC East and though as much as I wish, there is no way possible that both teams will lose. Being a Philly fan means I hope for the worst. Not only with opposing teams but also with our beloved home colors. It is in our blood. We have been let down for so many years without a Championship. I am only 27 years young, and have yet to see one. And no, to all you haters, Arena Football with Bon Jovi’s Soul does not count.
I like blogs. I really do. But is it strange people put some much responsibility on a blog. I hear people all the time saying how someone’s blog changed their life. Can that really happen? Can someone else’s insight be so informative and helpful to change a life? Maybe. I know going to say my blog will change your life and change the course of the earth. To me, a blog is where you write, without thinking about anything else in the world. It could be like a journal, or it could just be your views on anything.
